將Outlook Express (Windows XP) 的地址簿移動到Windows Live Mail (Windows 7)

導出Outlook Express 地址簿

1.       開啟Outlook Express。

2.       在 工具 選單，選擇 位址簿。

3.       在 位址簿 的 檔案 選單 – Main Identity 視窗，選擇 導出，然後點選 位址簿 (WAB)。

4.       在 選擇位址簿檔案導出至 視窗，輸入位址簿檔案名稱，指定一個保存檔案的位置並點選 保存。

5.       複製位址簿檔案至外置硬碟以備後用。

導入 Outlook Express 地址簿至Windows Live Mail

1.       從http://home.live.com/下載並安裝 Windows Live Mail。

2.       將 Outlook Express 位址簿檔案複製到您 Windows 7 作業系統下的桌面。

3.       開啟 Windows Live Mail。

4.       點選Windows Live Mail 主視窗左下角的 聯絡人，打開 Windows Live 聯絡人 視窗。
注意：您也可以按下 <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<C> 快速打開 Windows Live 聯絡人視窗。

5.       在 Windows Live 聯絡人 視窗的選單欄，點選 檔案、導入 及 Windows 位址簿 (.WAB)。
注意：若您無法看見選單欄，按下 <Alt>+<M> 並點選 顯示選單欄。

6.       Windows Live Mail會自動將 Outlook Express 位址簿導入至 Windows Live 聯絡人列表。點選 OK完成。
