將 Windows 聯絡人從 Windows Mail (Windows Vista) 移動到 Windows Live Mail (Windows 7)

導出 Windows Mail 聯絡人

1.       打開 Windows Mail。

2.       在 檔案 選單，選擇 導出，然後點選 Windows 聯絡人。

3.       在 導出 Windows 聯絡人 視窗，選擇 CSV (逗號分隔值)，然後點選 導出。

4.       在 CSV 導出 視窗，點選 流覽 選擇一個保存導出聯絡人的檔案夾。

5.       為 CSV 檔案命名並點選 保存。在CSV導出窗口點選 下一步。

6.       選擇您想要導出至 CSV 檔案的位址簿域並點選 完成。

7.       將 CSV 檔案複製到外接硬碟以備後用。

將 Windows Mail 聯絡人導入到 Windows Live Mail

1.       從http://home.live.com/ 下載並安裝Windows Live Mail。

2.       將 Windows Mail CSV 檔案複製到 Windows 7 作業系統下的桌面上。

3.       打開 Windows Live Mail。

4.       點選Windows Live Mail 主視窗左下角的 聯絡人，打開Windows Live 聯絡人 視窗。
注意：您也可以按下 <Ctrl>+<Shift>+<C> 快速打開 Windows Live 聯絡人視窗。

5.       在Windows Live 聯絡人 視窗的選單欄，點選 檔案, 導入及 逗號分隔值 (.CSV)。
注意：若您無法看到選單欄，請按下 <Alt>+<M> 並點選 顯示選單欄。

6.       在 CSV 導入 視窗，點選 流覽 選擇存放CSV檔案的位置並點選 下一步。

7.       選出您欲導出的域並點選 完成。
